CARE is an Non-profit, Non govermental organization registered under the Charitable Trust Act.
It focus its attention to combat the backward socio-econimic conditions of Indian Rural society marked by poverty, unemployment, under employent, health deficincy,caste and communal
discrimination, economic disparities, human right violation and exploitation, discrimination on women, children and so on.
CARE belives a change in the prevailing ail could be brought in through empowerment of rural people.
Strategically, CARE aims to achive through awareness building, capacity building, provision
of equal opportunity to rural mass and rehabilitaion of stranded all in through right based approach
OPERATIONAL AREA
We are operational in Thuraiyur taluk comprising 3 panchayat union having total of 77 village panchayats. |
OBJECTIVE
1. To assist the women to bring about self reliance and to promote voluntary action among them.
2. To promote Child care and development through child rights protection.
3. To promote the youth for social and economical development and leadership quality.
4. To promote medical services to the aged, poor and educating upon family welfare and health and sanitation. |
