Global Ministerial Environment Forum to focus on UN reform, capacity building and technology support, energy, water, chemicals and gender mainstreaming.

Activities: Ministerial-level meetings will be preceded by annual civil society forum. Plenary and sessional committees will also meet to handle administrative and budgetary matters.
